Sizing and Order Policy

All sales are final. Here is how we make sure that's fine.

We are a small seasonal shop running on thin margins and a hard Halloween deadline, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on correctly delivered orders. That means the size has to be right the first time, and we take that seriously.

Measure before you order

Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your pet's ribcage, just behind the front legs, with two fingers underneath. Match that number to the chart on the product page. Between two sizes, go up. Weight is only a rough check; the chest measurement decides.

Ask us first, genuinely

Send the chest measurement and the breed through our contact page and we will tell you which size to order. We would much rather spend two minutes answering than have you receive something that does not fit.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

That one is on us. If your order shows up damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, which is usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Once it is in the mail, it is on its way.
