Orders ship from our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days and arrive in 8–14 days with free US shipping and full tracking.

Order by October 12 and your Plumpkin arrives before Halloween — that's our shipping cutoff with padding built in, not a marketing countdown. Order after October 12 and it may not make it in time; we say this at checkout too, because we'd rather lose a sale than ruin your Halloween photo.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email within 3 days of ordering. If it hasn't moved in 5 days, email us and a human will chase it.

Kits

The Full Plumpkin Kit (costume + witch hat + glow collar) ships as one package with one tracking number.
